The Helvetic Underground Committee is an entity dedicated to the advancement of grotesque, vile, depraved and putrid audio torment originating from Switzerland. The Helvetic Underground Committee does not associate with any particular scene and believes that the audio torment propagated through these pages is ideally viewed as an isolationist experience.
